Haulier 24/7 Support is our retainer-style service for fleets that run regular UK-EU RoRo movements and can't afford to find themselves without a declaration team at 2am. You get a bilingual customs operator on call around the clock, a named GVMS contact during office hours, and agreed service levels for GMR turnaround, declaration turnaround and port-side problem-solving. If a driver is held at Dover because a declaration has gone into query, our team picks up the phone in English or Turkish, speaks to the port, and works the issue until it's released. We keep a live picture of your fleet's movements, flag any declaration that's at risk of failing at the gate, and build a monthly report showing crossings, success rate and any compliance issues to learn from. It's the service we wish every haulier had from day one after Brexit.

Do I need a minimum volume to use this service?
There's no hard minimum, but it's most cost-effective for fleets running at least a handful of UK-EU movements each week. For smaller volumes our per-GMR service may be a better fit.
