GVMS Declaration Support is our end-to-end coverage of that preparation layer — from deciding which combination of import, export, transit (T1/T2) and ENS safety & security entries you actually need, to preparing the paperwork, submitting on CDS, and feeding the output straight into your GMR. We work as an extension of your freight or customs team: you send us commercial documents, we return a declaration pack that's ready to move. Where gaps exist — missing EORI numbers, unclear commodity codes, incorrect valuations — we flag them early in writing rather than failing silently at the port. Do you work with my existing broker?
Yes. We can either handle the full declaration ourselves or slot into an existing setup where another broker files the core entry and we take care of the GVMS layer.
Is pre-lodgement always required?
For goods moving through a GVMS-controlled RoRo port, declarations must be pre-lodged before the GMR is valid. We align the timing so you don't miss a sailing.
